Using Acetates

You can print or photocopy onto acetates using the Printer-copiers (MFDs).

NOTE: ENSURE THAT THE ACETATES THAT YOU PUCHASE FOR USE ARE THE CORRECT ONES.

They must be purchased from a source that states that they are for bw or colour laser printers. Acetates that are not of this type may melt inside the printer while printing and cause damage to the device.

Printing using Acetates:

When you print, you tell the Printer-Copier device that you are using an acetate while you set up to print on the workstation.

Click on the file menu in the menubar, and then on print. Choose your printer (black and white or colour), sizes & other attributes in the normal way (see Printing to the Printer-Copier)
