Printing to Printer–Copiers (MFDs)
Printing to a Printer/Copier (Multifunction Device) is a two-stage process: sending the print from the workstation, and releasing it onto the printer/copier.
Please note that all printers will produce double-sided printout by default unless you have selected single-sided printing. If you wish to print single-sided then please follow these instructions. Please note that you will need to change the settings each time you login if you wish to print single-sided.
1. Select File and Print as you do currently and choose one of the following queues:

For black and white printing use a mono queue and for colour printing use a colour queue The job will be held in the print queue for 4 hours.
2. Go to your nearest device
3. Swipe your security ID card over the card reader attached to the device or enter your username and password on the screen and select ‘Login’
4. Select the ‘My Prints’ button on the screen
5. Select the jobs you wish to print, or press 'Select All'. Then press the Start button
Selecting ‘Details’ next to the job will show number of pages and cost information

6. If a print job is no longer required select the relevant print job and select ‘Delete’
7. Select the
button twice to log out or the ‘Job End’ button to return to the Copy screen
If you press the ‘Access’ button more than twice an error will appear stating no secondary PIN stored – please select ‘OK’
