Software Download and Site Licensed Products

iSolutions has purchased site licenses for a range of software products. This means that copies may be installed on a range of machines for a range of different bone fide university users. Restrictions apply - for example, a product may be for staff use only or for university machines only.

In addition to installation on University Desktop Environment (UDE) workstations, site licensed software is also made available through the software download web site. University users may log onto this website using standard university usernames and passwords. Menus within the website allow users to choose the software they want to download. Full instructions are given as to how to install the software on local workstations.

Software available includes SPSS, Minitab, Maple, Corel Draw and many other products. Some items like Stata and Mathematica require license codes before they can be installed. Users must purchase licenses through a request to ServiceLine before using these products.

All users of software download are bound by University regulations. Please read carefully the conditions of use for each package that you use.
