Contacting iSolutions

All contact with iSolutions should be through the ServiceLine. We can be contacted by email or telephone. The Serviceline is staffed from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday on all University working days. Outside of these hours you can email us or leave a message on our voicemail system. We will deal with your enquiry as soon as possible after our service resumes.

All queries received by the ServiceLine are logged in our incident management system. In order to provide an efficient and effective service we ask you to give us as many details as possible when emailing us or leaving a voicemail message.
