Fault reporting

iSolutions (ISS) supports and maintains equipment in many locations on all University campus and hospital sites. We monitor many systems regularly to make sure they are functioning correctly but we also rely on you to report any faults you may find with our equipment or the services we provide.

All faults with iSolutions supported equipment should be reported to us through the ServiceLine. Please provide us with as much information as possible about the fault including the exact location of the equipment. In order to make it easier for you to do this we have provided a web based fault report form which can be used at any time even after the ServiceLine is closed. However we do ask you to remember that due to the size and distributed nature of the University we may not be able to respond to faults immediately.
