How to Find Us
LATEU can be hard to find the first time, so please look carefully at the map below and perhaps print the step-by-step visual guide available via the link to the right. There are plenty of signs around the buildings, so look out for them.

Please note that there is no access via the main entrance to Building 25.
- You can access LATEU via the entrance to Building 27 shown at f on the map above
but only in term-time during office hours (9am - 6pm), otherwise the door is locked - You should approach LATEU from the service road to the south of the Hartley Library between the George Thomas Building (B37) and Education (B34).
- Access is via the main entrance to the Synthetic Chemistry B30
- Go up the stairs, through the double doors and turn left (at c ) along a corridor into B27.
- After several sets of doors, go up the stairs (at d) on your right to the top floor. Turn right at the top and follow the corridor.
- Cross the enclosed bridge (at e ) to B25 and LATEU.
There is currently no disabled access, although a solution is being sought. Please inform us know if you require special access arrangements (there is no lift available for direct access to our offices or the Training Room).
The University website has information on the location of the Highfield campus and travel directions for various modes of transport. If you require visitor parking be sure to contact LATEU Office to arrange a parking permit at least a couple of days before your visit, otherwise you will have to use the pay-and-display parking.
