Introduction to Research Governance

Senate requires that all research activity entered into, by and on behalf of the University is undertaken in an appropriate manner, within the boundaries of the law and existing governance frameworks for good research practice. This session will provide delegates with an understanding of the elements of Research Governance and how inadequate consideration of governance issues may also be symptomatic of poor research practices in general.

Level 2: for research staff and chairs/members of the Ethics Committees.
