Research

Research Interests

His interests lie in international human rights law, in particular the protection of civil and political rights within Europe. His PhD thesis was a critical evaluation of the evolution of the European Convention on Human Rights and is to be published by Oxford University Press in 2009.

Ed welcomes enquiries from students interested in undertaking research in any original topic relating to the international and domestic human rights law, and especially subjects concerning the European Convention on Human Rights, or the Human Rights Act.
