Southampton lawyers on the road

Published: 5 March 2014

Law School academics are spreading the word around the world this month about studying at Southampton.

Senior lecturer Dr Alun Gibbs is visiting Canada speaking to potential students and visiting universities on the east coast. During his week in the country, he will be meeting people in Toronto, Halifax and Montreal. Alun teaches Constitutional and Administrative Law, Legal System and Reasoning and Jurisprudence to LLB students.

Professor Hazel Biggs, Head of the Law School and co-director of the Health, Ethics and Law Research Centre, is heading for Singapore later in the month. She will be taking part in events organised by the British Council including school and college visits and a schools fair. As well as talking to future law undergraduates and postgraduates, Hazel will also meet former Southampton law students at an alumni event.
