Law School PhD graduate has book published
Valerio Torti studied for his PhD at the Law School and earlier this year had his book published 'Intellectual Property Rights and competition in Standard Setting' (Routledge, 2015), which is based on his PhD studies. Valerio is currently undertaking a post doc at NUS in Singapore and values his time at Southampton. He spent over five years at the Law School firstly as a PhD student and later became a tutor. Valerio commented 'I completed a doctoral degree in the area of competition and IP laws, under the supervision and the guidance of academics whose expertise was pivotal to achieve my research goals'.
