Where are the enquiry points?

Library staff are always willing to answer your questions and help you with any problems that you might have - so if you see a member of Library staff do not hesitate to ask for help... if they don't know the answer themselves, they almost certainly know someone who does.

However, at each Library Site there are enquiry points where you can go if you have a particular problem or query.

Hartley Library

The Hartley Library has the following enquiry points:

Level 3: Subject Enquiry Service

Other Sites

The other sites have combined Loans Desk and Enquiry points - if you have any problems or queries then please ask at the Loans Desk and the staff there will be more than happy to help.
