Databases and other resources
Many database and resource providers now produce their own online tutorials and materials to help you use their resources. The library has compiled a list of some of the training tutorials that we have found including a number of tutorials for the Web of Knowledge databases. Click on the name of the database in the table below to be directed to tutorials or any other training materials that we have identified.
Note: Some tutorials may be generic for the provider or platform on which the database is hosted.
You may find some useful guides on using databases, aimed specifically at your subject area, on your subject pages. If you would like more help with the databases included in the list below or any other library resources - then please contact your Academic Liaison Librarian
If you have any problems using any of the tutorials on this page please let us know libenqs@soton.ac.uk
