Hartley card access pilot completed

The pilot of the Hartley Library's card access system is ending today, Friday 21 April. The system has been successfully tested throughout the Easter vacation, and we've gained a great deal of useful operational experience.

Over the next few weeks we'll be working with the University SmartCard Group to obtain "mini cards" for legitimate users of the Library (e.g. external borrowers) who will not have University ID cards.

Once these systems are in place, we'll be able to launch the card access system formally.
