Biomedical Sciences Library enquiry desk

This year the Biomedical Sciences Library has introduced a new enquiry desk to its range of services.

The desk runs 12:00 - 14:00 on weekdays during term (subject to staff availability) and is there to help you with any questions or problems you may have with Library resources or services.

Amongst the many things we can help you with are:

  • Searching bibliographic databases to find journal articles
  • Accessing electronic journals
  • Using advanced search techniques to make the most of your database searches
  • Searching the Internet for good quality, relevant information
  • Registering for an Athens username and password
  • Resetting forgotten Athens passwords

If you would like help, but these lunchtime hours are not convenient for you, then you can contact the Biomedical Sciences Library and make a personal appointment with a member of Library staff: bslenqs@soton.ac.uk
