Boldrewood library redecorating

The main door for the Biomedical Sciences Library will be repainted on Wednesday 4 April, and this work will mean that the usual entrance will be unusable for the entire day. As a result an alternative entrance will be in operation via level three of the new build, and the Biomedical Sciences Library will now close at 17:00.

Security

Since there is no security system in place at this temporary entrance, we will be operating a bag-checking system for everyone leaving the Library. It is important to understand that if you come into the Biomedical Sciences Library on those days, you are consenting to the bag-check on your departure.

If you do not wish to have your bag checked, you may leave it with the member of Library staff at the security desk when you enter the Library. It will be returned to you when you leave.
