20th Century House of Commons Papers now online
20th Century House of Commons Papers
The library now has access to all House of Commons Papers and Bills, and all Command Papers, from 1901-2003/2004. This extends our coverage of online parliamentary resources, giving us access to over three hundred years of various official publications. Earlier news messages announced the 19th Century House of Commons papers, bills and command papers and the even broader range of 18th century official materials.
All of these documents can be searched via the House of Commons Parliamentary Service from ProQuest. On-campus use requires no password, but off-campus an Institutional login is required.
An agreement between the Joint information Systems Committee (JISC) and ProQuest has made this service available free to all Further and Higher Education institutions in the UK.
If you have any questions or comments, or wish to know more about other British Official Publications, either online or in the Hartley Library's extensive Ford Collection, please contact Joy Caisley, the Law and Official Publications Librarian. e-mail lawenqs@soton.ac.uk
