Upgrade of the library catalogue software on 16 September 2009

Due to an upgrade of the University Library catalogue software both WebCat and the self-issue units (Hartley and National OCeanographic Library) will be unavailable until later today (16 September 2009). Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
