WebCat will continue to be largely unavailable today (17 September 2009).
Yesterday's upgrade (16 September 2009) has left us with an as yet undiagnosed problem with WebCat. We are working towards a solution with our software supplier and iSolutions. We hope to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
