Informal language practice
Informal language practice

If you are a language enthusiast who is keen to improve your existing (but possibly rusty) language skills why not join one of our Language Clubs? These are specifically aimed at self-motivated people who want to improve their language skills in a friendly and informal atmosphere. They offer a more flexible alternative to a language class and the chance to decide what and how you want to learn. Each club is facilitated by a native or fluent-speaker of the language and offers small group activities to help you develop your speaking, listening and reading skills in your chosen language.

How it works

To join a language club you will pay a joining fee of £75 which entitles you to attend 10 club sessions. Subsequent sessions can be purchased in sets of 10 sessions. The clubs will run weekly, mostly in the evenings and will last for one hour. Your only qualification for entry are some skills in the language you wish to practise (clubs are not suitable for beginners level learners) and plenty of enthusiasm.

What you will get

So if you are looking for a new language learning experience, join a club!

It is an excellent club because I have gained experience speaking in English with a teacher and friends. The teacher understands me and he tries to solve my problems.

The Language Club is not only a great opportunity to improve one’s English, but more importantly, it is an ideal place to meet and make new friends.
