Research Interests

My research focuses on the area of self and identity. In particular, I examine such issues as relationships within the organisation, especially between leaders and staff members, work performance feedback and attitudes toward work. Finally, I have a strong background in research methods and advanced statistical techniques, such as structural equation modelling and hierarchical linear modelling.
