Udechukwu (Udi) Ojiako is Lecturer in Project Management. Prior to joining the University of Southampton, he was a Senior Lecturer in Project Management at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle upon Tyne (October 2006-March 2009).
After degrees from The University of Nigeria (BEngr) and South Bank University, London (MSc), he spent nearly 9 years working as Project Manager with BT (21st Century Network Service Management Group), where he gained experience working on operational readiness, service management and marketing projects.
He is a member of the UK Academy for Information Systems and has recently completed his term as the Editor of the Northumbria Built and Virtual Environment Working Paper Series. Udi is an editorial board member of two journals- The International Journal of Information Technology Project Management and Industrial Management and Data Systems. Udi obtained his PhD in Project Management from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle in 2005 as a BT Sponsored Research Student.
