Organisational Development
8 - 10 March 2012
A three day module dedicated to providing participants with knowledge and skills in the latest developments in Organisation Development theory and practice
The module
Organisation development is a key body of knowledge and skills that is used to improve organisational effectiveness and performance drawing upon applied behavioural science. This module provides a solid foundation in OD concepts and theory designed to equip those involved in undertaking major change in organisations with the most up to date knowledge and skills in this area. We look at how to implement OD interventions in organisations and examine how OD has expanded to include new techniques and toolkits to maximise the effectiveness of practitioners in this area.
