Genia Schönbaumsfeld’s book, The Illusion of Doubt, has just been published by Oxford University Press, the leading academic publisher.

Drawing on the work of Wittgenstein, the book confronts a central and age-old philosophical question, What can we know? For more information about the book, see here.

This book falls at the intersection of two of Southampton’s areas of overlapping expertise, Wittgenstein and Early Analytic Philosophy and Epistemology.

Genia’s previous book, A Confusion of Spheres, also published by OUP, was an exploration of Kierkegaard and his influence on Wittgenstein’s thought.
