Volunteering is a great way to develop your CV and transferable skills such as leadership, teamwork, problem solving, interpersonal skills and time management, while gaining experience in your chosen field.

The Students' Union
The Student Community Action programme, run by the Student Union, offers a number of opportunities to get involved in voluntary work which develops links with the local community.
Sport and Wellbeing
The Sports Volunteer Scheme gives students the opportunity to learn how to coach people in the local community and set up your own teams.
