About Us

Formed in 2008, Research and Innovation Services (R&IS) is made up of the former Centre for Enterprise and Innovation and the Research Support Office.  The changing research and funding landscape presents a number of growing challenges including the move towards fewer, larger funding calls with an increasing emphasis on the demonstration of socio-economic impact.  We provide a range of services to help increase revenue from research related activities whilst maintaining support on a broad range of research and enterprise activities.
