ID Cards
The ID Card Service is situated at the far end of the long front desk in the Atrium at the Student Services 
Centre, Building 37, Highfield Campus.
Our opening hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), and on Wednesdays we open from 9.00am to 3.30pm.
The service is responsible for the production and replacement of identity cards for staff and students and for the development of Smartcard applications.
What we cannot help with:
- Arranging door access (dealt by Estates & Facilities via efhelp@soton.ac.uk)
- Account Subscribing & IT Support (dealt with by iSolutions & serviceline@soton.ac.uk)
