Who do I tell if I change my address or contact details?
You can change your address and contact details yourself by logging into your student record, which you can access through SUSSED.
How do I enrol?
Full details about how to enrol for both new and continuing students can be found on the enrolment website.  
When Can I enrol?
Enrolment can be done online from early August before arriving at the University.  Please see enrolment page for more information.
Where can I enrol on campus?
There are PCs in the Atrium at the Student Services Centre (Building 37 – opposite the Jubilee Sports Hall on Highfield Campus) which can be used to subscribe and enrol.  Student Advisors can help with any queries. 
Do I have to enrol if I am at Writing Up Status?
No, you will not need to enrol as you will still have access to computing and library facilities without enrolment.
Where do I get my student ID number from?
When you receive a formal offer from the University you will receive your Student ID number.  If you do not know your ID number, please contact the Student Services Centre.
Why hasn't my student loan come through?
Check your student record, by logging in through SUSSED to see if your attendance has been confirmed.  If it hasn't, and you are a first year student please ask your School office to do this.  If you are a second or third year student, please contact the Student Services Centre.
How do I find out about my School induction meeting?
Your School will send out information about their induction meeting before you arrive at University.  If you have not had this, please contact your School. International Students coming for the International Welcome Programme will also be able to get some School induction information from the International Welcome booklet.  Brief details of school induction arrangements can also be found on the enrolment website
How do I find out what's going on at Fresher's week?
The Students' Union will send out Fresher’s information before you arrive at University.  Information can also be found on the Students' Union website
