How do I find out about my Graduation ceremony dates and times?
Ceremonies are held twice a year in December and July.  Please see the Graduation Website for details of school times and dates.  Confirmation of exact ceremony dates and times is always sent via email to the Graduand.

How do I book my robe?
Go to the Academic Dress section of the Graduation Website and click on the link to Wippells where you will be able to hire or purchase your robe .

Can I request extra guest tickets?
Each graduand is automatically issued with two free guest tickets.  Although the possibility of extra tickets being available is very slim, an online form will be live on the graduation website after the application deadline has passed, to apply for additional tickets.

I have decided not to attend the ceremony.  How can I get my certificate?
These are sent to the contact address after the ceremonies are over.  Graduands are expected to make sure their address is correct in the self serve student record system.

Is there any Car Parking?
There is a Park and Ride scheme.  Please see Graduation website for more information.  Special arrangements can be made for guests with disabilities or special requirements, but this must be requested and arranged in advance with the Graduation office.
