The Student Advisory Team are here to help you by providing relevant, up to date advice and information.
IT access
There is a bank of internet terminals in the Centre where you can access your e-mails and the internet and enrol online. You can also view your personal information through SUSSED and login to make online payments through the webpayments system.
Information
There is a regularly updated plasma screen located in the atrium which keeps you up-to-date with relevant information. Leaflets are available on a wide range of university services.
Confidentiality
All staff in the SSC are committed to current data protection legislation. Any details you provide to any of our front line or specialist advisors will remain confidential. There are breakout areas available in the Centre if you need to speak to a member of staff in private.
Helping Students not on Highfield Campus
You can access the services in a number of ways. You can simply come into the Centre, log on through SUSSED, use the telephone call centre, e-mail or fax. We will respond to you quickly and efficiently, whatever method you choose to use to contact us.
Oyster Cards
All full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students aged 18 and over may be eligible for a Student Oyster Card, giving you a 30% travel discount on most Transport for London public transport.
The Student Services Centre is able to approve applications for Oyster Cards. Please note that all applications must be made online. More information, including the online application form can be found on the Transport for London website.
