Our opening hours are between 9am and 4.30pm. Student visas can be complicated to arrange and administer so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Although we are able to help with simple enquiries on a drop in basis, please be aware that in order to discuss a more complicated situation, you will need to contact the Student Services Centre via email (ssc@soton.ac.uk) or phone (02380 599 599) to schedule an appointment with one of our advisers.
