Postgraduate Taught Courses
We offer two postgraduate MSc programmes
- Aerodynamics & Computation: which emphasises the fundamentals of fluid mechanics and numerical methods
- Race Car Aerodynamics: focusing on analysis, computation, and measurement of flows associated with high-performance race cars
The courses are aimed at graduates, or similarly qualified individuals, with an engineering, scientific or mathematical background, who desire specialization in aerodynamics.
Postgraduate Research
Research groups within the School of Engineering Sciences offer opportunities for PhD studentships or research posts. Within the field of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Aerospace Engineering, opportunities are offered by two major research groups:
