About Student Services

Student Services works in partnership with Schools and external stakeholders to develop and deliver student-centred services across the student lifecycle.   

Our Vision

Focussing on the student as our key customer, the Department’s core strategy is to remove barriers to learning and enhance the student experience through:

  • Enabling Learning and Life Skills

 Four key themes unite all   the work of the Department:

  • a student-centred / customer focussed approach to the delivery of services to meet a diversity of needs,
  • a partnership way of working in all our activities,
  • business process knowledge, obtained through a detailed analysis of our operational processes,
  • continuous improvement en route to excellence.
