About Student Services
Student Services works in partnership with Schools and external stakeholders to develop and deliver student-centred services across the student lifecycle.
Focussing on the student as our key customer, the Department’s core strategy is to remove barriers to learning and enhance the student experience through:
- Enabling Learning and Life Skills
Four key themes unite all the work of the Department:
- a student-centred / customer focussed approach to the delivery of services to meet a diversity of needs,
- a partnership way of working in all our activities,
- business process knowledge, obtained through a detailed analysis of our operational processes,
- continuous improvement en route to excellence.
