The Careers Service offers a wide variety of services to students
Students are able to receive advice and guidance from our specialist career advisers or attend one of our many events designed to support our students in finding placements and graduate work. All of our services are available to all students at the University and we also offer our alumni careers support for life.
Career Destinations make use of extensive technologies, so if you can’t visit us in person you can make use of our extensive online resources or arrange for support via the use of our video conferencing technologies.

Graduate Passport programme designed to reward you for activities you complete outside your degree programme and develop the graduate attributes required in the workplace.

Extensive events calendar offering sessions by Graduate recruiters and specialist career advisers supporting you in finding your perfect job. Example events include employer speed networking, business simulation workshops and mock interviews.

Career fairs targeted at different business areas, providing you an opportunity to speak to graduate recruiters to find out what opportunities they have available to you.

Two dedicated mentoring programmes; streetwise and insider, providing you an opportunity to be mentored by someone in industry or a final year student.
