SuperIdentity Attending Intech "Bodies" Event

Published: 14 June 2012

The SuperIdentity project will be bringing a display to the Intech Science Centre's adults only "Bodies" event.

The Intech Science Centre in Winchester focuses on hands interactive demonstrations of Science.  They also have the UK's largest capacity digitial planetarium.  As part of  a series of adults only evening events, Intech is putting on an exhibition called "Bodies" which includes planetarium sessions, lectures and drop-in stands.

The SuperIdentity Project will be attending "Bodies" with a drop-in stand exploring on-line avatars and how they relate to your body image.  Attendees will be able to use a Wii to create an avatar of their own, and our researchers will be on hand to talk about what your choice of avatar says about your concept of self.  Come along and see us!
