The Student Services Centre is the central point of contact for all student queries and is located on the ground floor of the George Thomas Building (37) directly opposite the Jubilee Sports Hall on Highfield Campus.
The Centre is staffed by trained advisors who aim to answer 80% of queries at the front desk. There is also a referral system for students requiring specialist advice. As well as providing information and advice face to face, the advisors can also be contacted by e-mail, telephone, voicemail or fax.
