How to get here
From London and the North
Exit the M3 at junction 14 and follow signs for the A33. Continue on the A33 into the City Centre. You will see yellow AA Open Day signage as you drive down the A33. If you miss a sign, follow signage to West Quay.
From the East
Exit the M27 at junction 5 (westbound) and turn left at the roundabout at the end of the slip road onto the A335, continue on the A335 into the City Centre. You will see yellow AA Open Day signage directing you to West Quay as you drive down the A335. If you miss a sign, follow signage to West Quay.
From the West
Exit the M27 at junction 3 (eastbound) and take the third exit onto the M271. At the roundabout at the end of the M271 turn left onto the A35 (Redbridge Road). You will need to move into the right hand lanes and drive over the flyover onto the A3024. You should see AA Open Day signage directing you to West Quay. If you miss a sign, follow signage to West Quay.
Parking for Open Day visitors is located in the City Centre at West Quay Shopping Centre. This will be signposted by AA Open Day signage from the exits of the motorway. Alternatively, follow signage to West Quay. For satellite navigation system users, enter 'Harbour Parade' as the destination. The multi-storey car park is accessed from this road.
Parking at the West Quay Multi-storey car park costs £5 for the whole day.
Parking at University campuses is available only for disabled visitors. You can book this through our Open Day Team on +44 (0)23 8059 5900 or by emailing email@example.com.
Free shuttle bus transfers
A regular, free shuttle bus service will operate between West Quay and all University campuses from 08:00-17:00. Show your Open Day Brochure for free travel on these shuttles and on scheduled uni-link bus services.
Please allow at least 45 minutes' transfer time between West Quay and the University Campuses. Student Ambassadors, wearing yellow T shirts, will be available to provide information and guidance. Don't worry if you are unable to print your Open Day brochure, you will be able to pick one up at West Quay.
If you are a teacher bringing a school group by coach or minibus, please indicate this when booking. You will be sent further details by email including drop-off, pick-up and parking arrangements two weeks before the Open Day. If you are a teacher or careers adviser bringing a group and have not received this advice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your transport details.
