How to join UNISON

To join UNISON join online at joinunison.org or by call free on 0800 171 2193

 Or you may request a form from the  UNISON Branch Office at 47 University Road.

If you have any questions about joining UNISON, please do not hesitate to contact our branch office. 

There is a lot of information about joining UNISON on the national website including:

• Information on some of the major successes that UNISON has had in the last few years. 
• "Ten good reasons - Why UNISON is right for you", detailing some of the reasons why it's important to join a union.
• Information on some of the benefits your receive when you become a member from discount eye care and insurance to expert legal advice.
• Information on how much you pay each month to be a member.

Once your application has been received you should receive confirmation of your membership within 14 days. In the very unlikely event that this has not happened, please do not hesitate to contact the branch in case there have been any problems with your application.

Your membership will start as soon as you join,  although you must  be a member for 4 weeks before we can offer support and guidance.
