Winchester School of Art rises 7 places in League Tables

It is with delight that Winchester School of Art have been listed as number 13 in a latest independent league table for study of Art and Design, a rise of 7 places, and continuing a steady climb over recent years.

Each year The Complete University Guide publishes its league tables of universities and courses. In this year's rankings, published today, WSA has seen the grading for Art & Design rise from 20 to 13 out of a total of 79 institutions. This is an increase which continues a progressive rise of over 20 places in just the last few years.

Ed D'Souza, WSA's Head of School was delighted when he heard the news. "It's wonderful to know that the School is so highly regarded, not just on its excellent academic record, but also in the high score reflecting student satisfaction. It is a testament to the hard work of all the staff and the spirit of excellence that WSA tries to encourage."

Winchester School of Art is part of the internationally-renowned University of Southampton, and offers undergraduate courses in Fashion & Textile Design, Fine Art, Fashion Management and Marketing, Graphic Arts, Computer Games Design and Art, with a wide range of postgraduate courses and an ever-expanding research department.
