biographical note

I was born in London, 13 August 1962. I grew up in Toronto, Canada, then Malvern, Worcestershire and came to London at 18 to study Buddhism at Kings College. I have taught in Barcelona, Rio de Janeiro, London, San Francico, and New York. I am the father of Koto Daisy: she is my greatest joy.
