Papers
Papers for the workshop will be prepared and edited as part of an Engineering Procedia published by Elsevier.
Papers should be no more than 10 pages long. To prepare your paper you can use either LaTeX (a template and format files are provided) or Microsoft Word (a template and some guidelines are provided).
Updated LaTeX format (08/04/10): A modified format has been provided by Elsevier. It uses a larger text width and authors
are encouraged to switch to the new format using the new template files. The only change
required for your existing TeX file is to modify the line
\documentclass[1p,times]{elsarticle}
into
\documentclass[3p,times]{elsarticle}
The template for Microsoft Word remains unchanged.
A first version of the papers should be sent to the workshop organisation by February 26, 2010, and these will be distributed to all the participants before the workshop. Following the workshop, authors will have the opportunity to modify their paper but the final versions will have to be received by the 14th of May 2010.
Presentations
Each contribution will be allocated 35 minutes, with 30 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
