We will have to agree to disagree on that. I have given the reasons why
I think it has become clear that the real issue of Open Access (OA) is
Access, not publication. Various experimental and hypothetical changes
in the publication system (e.g., creating/converting OA journals) are
among the potential means of providing the OA, but they are neither the
only means nor the surest.
