This is how tagging is done in
Eprints: http://eprints.ecs.soton.ac.uk/11688/
Metadata available via OAI as: oai_dc (unqualified dublin core)

Includes the RAE performance
indicators http://eprints.ecs.soton.ac.uk/pind.html

as well as the all-important reference list (for eventual linking across
all IRs worldwide http://paracite.eprints.org/ )

Would someone be so kind as to send me a link to an
example of this kind of tagging in another respository,
preferably one

that uses qualified DC? Extra points if the repository
      uses dspace.

Is this the sort of thing you are after?

These are stored in DC as:

  <dc:type>Preprint</dc:type>
  <dc:publicationstatus>Submitted</dc:publicationstatus>
  <dc:peerreviewed>no</dc:peerreviewed>

Thanks,

Stuart
