Half-sphere

We wish to simulate a half-sphere so we can see what effect the rounded upper dome (which can be seen in figure 5.1) has on the results; these can then be compared to ``droplet'' systems (section 5.5) which reflect the shape in figure 5.1. The half-sphere nanodot we simulate here is isotropic nickel ( $ M_s = 493380$ A/m, $ A = 8.5\times10^{-12}$ J/m, $ K_1 = 0$ J), with a diameter of 200nm. We use OOMMF to simulate this geometry with a finite difference cubic cell of edge length 5nm.
