ACI has provided archaeological advice and consultation to a number of projects from across the Creative Industries sector. This work ranges from advice on documentary films, to provision of background scene-setting information to major art exhibitions, through the conceptualisation of individual art works, gardens and dance performances.
Through the ongoing research by Dr Julian Whitewright into the shipping and seafaring of the ancient Mediterranean and Indian Ocean, ACI has provided extensive advice and consultation to Oxford Film and Television. This work has focussed upon Sam Hobkinson's film production 'Treasures from the Wreck of the Unbelievable' to accompany Damien Hirst's 2017 major Venice exhibition of the same name.

These formed the inspiration for a new experimental contemporary dance piece: Earthborn.
The Gold Nose of Green Ginger by Joshua Sofaer was originally produced as part of Land of Green Ginger for Hull UK City of Culture 2017. Designed and built with How About Studio. Archaeological advice on this project was provided by ACI as part of Hull UK City of Culture 2017.
In 2017 the Norfolk Broads Authority were awarded a Gold Medal for their garden entry to the Chelsea Flower Show. At the heart of this garden lay a reconstruction of the Lodden Boat, by artist Gary Breeze.
