Speaker information
Professor Li He , Oxford University. Professor He is currently head of the Osney Lab (2008-2011) and was acting director of the Rolls-Royce University Technology Centre in Heat Transfer and Aerodynamics from 2008-2010. His main research interests lie in Computational Fluid Dynamics, with emphasis on unsteady aerodynamic/aero-elastic and heat transfer phenomena in turbomachinery. He is also involved with experimental work for validating novel modelling requirements and has directed research projects in unsteady flows and aeroelasticity, as well as consulting for several major gas turbine/aeroengine and steam turbine companies across the world.
