I think that the MSc course is fabulous and Southampton is truly a world-class University. The course is run in such a professional and supportive way that it makes me feel part of the university even though I’m distance learning.

What is it like studying at the University?

I think that the MSc course is fabulous and Southampton is truly a world-class University. The course is run in such a professional and supportive way that it makes me feel part of the university even though I’m distance learning. Staff are always there to help and it’s great to learn from their landmark research in Gerontology to understand more about ageing and policy. The lecturers are very supportive and friendly, creating a lively environment.

What will you do with your degree/research after you have finished with your studies?

I would like to continue my studies at PhD level and work towards bringing ageing on the policy agenda within my country.
