This programme of podiatry research investigates inflammatory and non-inflammatory arthritic manifestations within the foot and ankle via the use of gait technologies and diagnostic imaging techniques. Dr Bowen leads the Southampton-Oxford Lower Limb Arthritis Research (SOLLAR) Group. Dr Lindsey Cherry (nee Hooper), NIHR Clinical Lecturer Fellow, plays a key role in this foot research programme.
