The Anthrobscene in Portuguese

AMT Director, Professor Jussi Parikka’s The Anthrobscene-booklet (University of Minnesota Press, 2014) has been translated into Portuguese in Brazil.

The essay that was originally published as a stand-alone booklet is now part of the new collection Configurações do pós-digital Arte e cultura tecnológicas, edited by Pablo Gobira and Tadeus Mucelli.

The collection is published by the Minas Gerais University Press and is also available as Open Access. Recently Parikka’s essay short on media archaeology and electronic arts was translated in Portuguese by other Brazilian scholars,  including current AMT visiting scholar Marcio Telles, in the book A(na)rquelogias das Midias.
