Archaeology welcomes Open Day visitors
The University welcomed thousands of visitors to the first of our annual Open Days last week.
As well as fabulous weather, visitors to the Avenue campus were treated to a range of activities, tours and talks, as well as the chance to ask questions to our current staff and students.
Archaeology visitors enjoyed displays comprising of a range of artefacts and publications, as well as a talk by Flo Broderick, a student
DigiChamp
at Southampton. Flo visited our Portus Field School on the coast of Italy this week, where she described her visit in a
YouTube video
produced and published during her stay.
There will be another chance to visit the University, and the Archaeology department, in September. To book your place, please visit:
