The Centre for the Archaeology of Human Origins (CAHO) is celebrating its 10 year anniversary! To highlight the past achievements, current strengths and future perspectives of CAHO an open symposium will be held at the University of Southampton.
The symposium is aimed at bringing together past and present CAHO staff and students, whilst also strengthening links with other human origins institutions at home and abroad. The symposium will be centred around four main themes:
- Lithic Analyses (incl. microwear)
- Palaeoclimate and Human Ecology
- Social Approaches to the Palaeolithic
- Bio-anthropological Approaches to the Palaeolithic (incl. genetics)
